Natural & Handmade Variations: Because each item is crafted individually, small variations in colour, shape, weight, surface texture, and scent throw (such as minor visual imperfections in wax, hand-thrown ceramics, or bath bombs) are natural signatures of artisan craftsmanship rather than defects.
Colour & Aroma Accuracy: We make every effort to display product colours, textures, and packaging as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or device screen will depict colours with absolute precision, nor can we guarantee identical scent experiences from batch to batch due to the natural origin of our essential oils and botanical ingredients.
